What does HC remember?

Current-stay requests and conversation context are separate from saved preferences. Reuse across visits or channels requires agreed identity checks, guest permission, access and retention settings. Guests can update or withdraw shared preferences. Human handoffs carry the relevant conversation context.

COMPANION CONTROL

Your offers. Your rules. Your results.

Set the offers and service rules. Follow requests through to their confirmed outcome.

The hotel team or a validated connected system confirms availability, accepts requests and records completion. HC keeps the guest informed. Sent, accepted, confirmed, paid and delivered are different states; guest language must match the verified state.
