Hotel Companion
See what it could do for your hotel.
See how smarter recommendations and hotel-approved offers work through voice, text and guest context—and how a pilot measures additional contribution.

What we’ll cover
- Explore recommendations, approved packages and alternatives that capture guest interest.
- Try voice and text conversations with guest context and memory.
- Define a pilot, the connections it needs and how to measure results.
No purchase commitment. We’ll agree the scope and commercial terms before a pilot.

Tell us where you work. We’ll arrange a focused conversation about your hotel.
A few practical questions.
Do we need anything ready before the demo?
No preparation required. It helps if someone who knows your daily operation is in the room, but we come to you — the session is built around your property, not a generic script.
Is this a live product or a concept?
You will see a guided product demonstration. We distinguish working capabilities, illustrative scenarios and the connections your hotel would need before launch.
How do guests use it?
Guests speak or type on mobile and desktop web, opening a link or QR code without installing an app. Telephone and WhatsApp connections are scoped for the pilot. In-room tablets are optional, with hardware and setup covered by the hotel.
How is this different from a guest messaging platform?
Messaging tools move words between people. Hotel Companion turns those conversations into operational intelligence — context that routes the work and reaches every department. The conversation is the input, not the product.
Does it replace our systems or our staff?
Neither. It sits above the systems you already run and resolves the routine so your team is free for the moments that matter.
How long does implementation take?
We agree launch timing after defining the pilot scope, reviewing property knowledge and confirming the workflows. Any PMS, POS or payment connections are scoped separately and depend on provider access, validation and approvals.
Is guest information secure?
Yes. Encryption, role-based access, and privacy-first governance are foundational principles of Companion OS.
Is this only for luxury hotels?
No. From boutique properties to global hospitality groups — any hotel that believes exceptional guest experience creates long-term business value.
